Here are two NDA’s signed by previous female employees. These women were able to leave PERMA and get out of their noncompetes without being sued. They both were given an allotted sum of money as well. Apparently, I’ve been doing it all wrong.

You can’t share NDA’s if you obtain them illegally. I wish I could say I was some great private investigator, but honestly, almost every piece of evidence I have was given to me from previous employees or patients. I am just the one putting it all together. I just don’t understand why I wasn’t given a opportunity to sign an NDA when I voiced my concerns about the company.
